We have a number of past students who have returned to become teachers and teacher aides at our school. They are great role models to inspire the next genereation of students.
BRSS prioritises staff wellbeing and actively promotes a supportive workplace culture. Wellbeing initiatives are implemented each term, supported by an active WHS committee that oversees health and safety practices. All staff and
their immediate family members also have access to the Employee Assistance Program for confidential support and counselling.
