The school conducts biannual parent–teacher meetings in alignment with the student reporting schedule to provide families with opportunities to discuss student progress and learning outcomes. In addition to these scheduled meetings, teachers maintain regular communication with parents and carers as required, including phone contact when concerns or matters arise. Families are also provided with appropriate contact details to enable direct communication with teaching staff when needed. Parents and carers are warmly welcomed to visit classrooms and are encouraged to engage in their child’s learning, supporting a strong partnership between home and school.
